Fire safety rules affecting all non-domestic premises in England and Wales have been in force since 1 October 2006.
If you are:
Responsible for business premises
An employer or self-employed with business premises
Responsible for a part of a dwelling where that part is solely used for business purposes
A charity or voluntary organisation
Contractor with a degree of control over any premises
...then you need to act now to ensure you have a suitable and sufficient risk assessment in place.
Any serious breaches of the Fire Regulations or serious hazards will be pointed out to a Company representative during the inspection of the premises. The findings of the assessment are presented in the form of a detailed report with prioritised recommendations.
